What is Headmapping®?
HeadMapping® is an operational color system that allows our salon to deliver consistent color services through creative technical standards. We are serious about color and understand how important results are to you and what great consistent hair color can do for you mentally, emotionally and physically. Whether you need your roots touched up, full highlights or new fresh color, we can offer you more flexibility with available options when scheduling a color service. Using Aveda Hair Color, our whole color team is trained and capable of replicating all color services. To guarantee results, all color formulas and procedures are always input and kept using our software. Pricing integrity is offered through our itemized color menu, and as a HeadMapping® salon client, you will experience consistent pricing.
The Consultation
As a HeadMapping® salon, consulting with our guest prior to a first time color is a value added service. We believe that the color consultation is an important step in evaluating your current color. Upon arrival as a new guest, you will be asked to fill out our Guest Consultation Questionnaire.
Next, one of our trained color consultants will review the questionnaire for any important information and look at your past history. Upon review, they will listen and advise to determine correct procedures and a plan of action. During the consultation, images and pictures may be viewed to better understand the desired look.
Pricing integrity is important to us. Upon request, we can provide you with a maintenance plan from our HeadMapping® Color Menu that works for you and your budget.
For Corrective Color consultation, we may ask you to come in for a stand-alone appointment first. Corrective color varies by individual needs and may require several steps and visits. However, our color consultants will assess current color and map out a plan of action including procedures, scheduling and pricing. We will also be able to provide you with accurate and consistent pricing based on our HeadMapping® Color Menu.
